If your sign was broken in the mail, please thoroughly photograph the packages (exterior & interior) and email us within 24 hours. We’ll do our best to either get you’re a new sign or an immediate refund.
We ship all of our orders within 3 business days of purchase from beautiful Austin, Texas.
We currently ship to the 48 contiguous United States, but with a few assurances from you and extra shipping charges we might consider shipping elsewhere.
If you’d like to return your sign, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include your Name, Phone Number, Order Number, and Reason for return. Please label the subject line “RETURN: Order # XXXXXX”
You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it (based on package tracking).
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition and packaging that you received it. Your item needs to have the receipt included in the return package.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we’ve received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your refund is approved, we will initiate a refund to the original method of payment. Typically, this refund will appear on your statement within hours but can sometimes take as much as a week.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the original shipping will be deducted from your refund.
